I have a Fanvil i62 door phone provisioned by 3CX and it works really well.
The only issue is that whenever 3CX updates, like the recent update to V20 U6, the door phone automatically reprovisions, and I lose the speed dial for when someone pushes the single big button on it. The settings in the actual device that get wiped is this:

After a reprovision, that first line for DSS Key 1 becomes just like the others below it, i.e. default config.
How can I make it so that this configuration sticks, even when being reprovisioned? Is it possible for 3CX devs to not wipe that part of the config during reprovisioning?
Option 2 - failing the above, is it possible to set things so that the phone doesn't get reprovisioned every time 3CX updates? I have 3CX set to auto update and it's pretty infuriating to get this same faults call out from the same staff member every single time.
Ironically, the previous door phone wasn't provisioned out of 3CX and we never had this issue. When that one broke, I got the Fanvil i62 specially because it was manageable by 3CX, but alas how that has come back to bite me. Hopefully someone has a fix for this. Thanks.
