Maintain Door Phone Config when 3CX Updates

I have a Fanvil i62 door phone provisioned by 3CX and it works really well.

The only issue is that whenever 3CX updates, like the recent update to V20 U6, the door phone automatically reprovisions, and I lose the speed dial for when someone pushes the single big button on it. The settings in the actual device that get wiped is this:

After a reprovision, that first line for DSS Key 1 becomes just like the others below it, i.e. default config.

How can I make it so that this configuration sticks, even when being reprovisioned? Is it possible for 3CX devs to not wipe that part of the config during reprovisioning?
Option 2 - failing the above, is it possible to set things so that the phone doesn't get reprovisioned every time 3CX updates? I have 3CX set to auto update and it's pretty infuriating to get this same faults call out from the same staff member every single time.

Ironically, the previous door phone wasn't provisioned out of 3CX and we never had this issue. When that one broke, I got the Fanvil i62 specially because it was manageable by 3CX, but alas how that has come back to bite me. Hopefully someone has a fix for this. Thanks.

Just define the first BLF in the Extension of the doorphone with the corresponding no should do the job

@Gavino you probably didn't know this here but you can assign a "Speed Dial" or "Custom Speed Dial" BLF on the door phone extension and we will provision it for you.

Sorry for my late response. I chose the Custom Speed Dial option for the first BLF, and entered the details.

I then cleared the setting manually from the device. I logged out of the device, and chose to Reprovision the device from within the 3CX Admin Console. After a couple of minutes, I logged back into the device, but the expected settings weren't there. I then thought "ah whatever - I'll give it a reboot and see what happens".

Thankfully, after the reboot, the right settings were there. I'll keep an eye on things for when 3CX Version 20 U7 roll outs - it should be good now (fingers crossed). Thank you so much for your help.
