Maintain wallboard stats after a reboot

Good day experts

This could be a silly question i reloaded the server and i lost all the stats that i had on the wall board.
below are some questions i have.

1. How can i maintain previous statistics even after a reboot how do i get the old data to display
Else;
2. How can i just have calls made for that day be the only ones on the wallboard.
