Maintenance renewal

Hi,

We are currently running v 15.5 SP6, and the license is Perpetual.
Since the maintenance expiry has been extended till 30/10/2018 by 3cx, we would like to know what will happen if we buy the maintenance this month.
Will the maintenance expiry be 1 year from 30/10/2018, or from the date of the purchase?

I would expect it to extend from the current expiration.

Also, when I check the customer portal, the only option available regarding license is "Upgrade/Extend the license". Since we have a perpetual license, the only thing we need to upgrade is the maintenance.

Can anyone let me know whether this is the correct option?

The option is correct. All you need to do is extend the maintenance.
