Make a internal call by lowest digit

Hi Team..Does anyone know how I could make an internal call for 4-digit if my 3cx is 5 digits long?

There is no way to achieve this with 3CX SMB or 3CX Free.

With dedicated systems you could enabled SIP ID for each extension which will dial them using whichever number you have chosen for them.
