Make a Outbound Blacklist

My question is how is possible to block certains numbers from calling.
I want all my extension not to call these number?

What is the best, way?

Imagine I have an array of number [079xxxxxxx,078xxxxx,066xxxxxx]

Top Column is where you define the prefix , in correlation to the numbers you mentioned above you should add 079 for example.
Middle one is used to define for wich extensions this rule is applicable.
The bottom one is to define the length of said numer.
Calls from extension groups can be used to make this rule apply to a programmed group of extensions.

Yes instead of selecting a Sip trunk to route calls you can select to BLOCK.

That depends. If all the blocked numbers start with 01234 you could put that in the prefix with length of 10 and all of these would be blocked in a single rule:

0123455555
0123455556
0123499999

So figure out the pattern or make multiple rules.

numbers are different.. Maybe the The 3CX Call Flow Designer (CFD) is the solution:

to create a dynamic (json) file-list with all numbers so every call can pass thought that filter and then make calls!!

I don't see how you can force outbound calls through a CFD.

The CFD can only process when it is dialled. It will not be able to be triggered on every outbound call unless you specifically dial it.

Your outbound rules would be the way to do it.

You can very easily add the numbers into the prefix field of the outbound rule and comma separate them.

...and make sure you place the new rules above the "normal" outbound rule so that they are "intercepted". Rules are read from the top down.

I don't know how many phone numbers you want to block, but in many cases, managing a do-not-call list through outbound rules is going to be infeasible. For example, we have customers that have over a million blocked numbers. As the quantity of blocked numbers increases, the time needed to search the list becomes problematic. You may want to take a look at our 3CX Do Not Call tool. Our tool uses an in-memory hash list to instantly search for blocked numbers.
