make a scenario that send a post request like CreateContactRecord but with others parameters?

Hello,
For my project, I would like to send in a post request : phone number and if the contact have been already created, I would like name + phone number on each
call inbound such as CreateContactRecord that sends the request at the beginning of the call.
Is it possible and how can I do it ?

No, CRM templates provide specific points to send HTTP requests to your REST based CRM:

• Contact lookup > this happens when the call starts, but not always. The contact details might be cached by 3CX, and then this lookup is skipped.
• Contact creation > when the contact lookup doesn't return any data, the contact creation is executed.
• Call journaling > when teh call ends, the call details are sent to the CRM.

There is no way to invoke your HTTP API for inbound calls as soon as the call starts.
