Is there a way to see call queues and ring group extension within the Windows / mobile / web apps?

It would be useful to see, in the contacts, a list of the ring groups and call queues available (extra brownie points if you could see who was in what ring group!).

Right now I think the best way is to create a company contact with the same name and use the extension as the contact number, but this feels a little disjointed.

I did notice in the Settings > General there is an option to "Hide System Extensions (IVR, RingGroup, Queues and FAX) from 3CX Apps Company Phonebook", but ticking or unticking this doesn't appear to make a difference. I've also seen it refreshes once a day, but I create these ring groups last week and they still don't show.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance :)

That option is to enable System Extensions to be searchable, they will not actually appear in the People section via presence.

If you want them to be available in some sort of list this probably would be the best way.

Thanks Chris, I don't appear to be able to search for it on the Windows app where it says Search people or enter number. Is this where it should work?

For the legacy Windows App it should be the "Enter Name or Number" field, for the Desktop App it's the same field but only available in the dialer:

Ah, cool thank you very much. It would be useful if this was in the web and mobile apps :)

Sorry if I wasn't clear, this actually is in the web and mobile apps too:

Right, sorry - I get you now. It's not in the contacts anywhere on any platform, but is searchable on all dialers. That makes sense and seems to work, cheers!
