We are hoping to roll out the 3CX desktop applcation to our current office workers very soon, we are at the moment testing the application out and have noticed something (possibly something we are doing wrong).
On the web client we currently have the call using: 3CX Client for Windows20.0 and when we dial an extension from the web client we get a MakeCall which rings our extension and we get a answer or decline option.
Is there a way of ringing off the web client which would automaticlally open the desktop application and ring a extension as normal. we feel that a few user's may come across this.
The same happens when a call comes in:
When a call comes in, we are unable to pick up unless we have the app open.
