Solved Making Extension Length shorter

Hi,

I just started to play around 3cx for my company.
Is it possibile for me to extension the length from 5 to 3 with a client subscription?

For the SMB installations this is not an option.

Aside from the specific restrictions on SMB installations, you specify the number of digits desired (2-5) and this cannot be changed later. If you needed, for example, to change from 3 digit extensions to 2 digit extensions, you would have to start over from scratch with a new installation and manually recreate users, queues, IVRs, etc.

Thanks, Would it be possible for me to change the extension number? for example, the current extension is 27911. I would like it to be 10011, 10012... is this possible? If it is would you be able to point me in the right direction to learn? thank you.

I'm afraid not as for each SMB installation there is a specific range that is allowed.
