Making external calls using Sipgate

In order to determine if I have a problem with 3CX, I have a question:

Using the free version is it possible to make external calls using a VOIP provider like Sipgate.

Yes. There is no problem. SIPGATE works just fine with free version

I have a problem then:

I can receive calls from Sipgate with no problem, however I can not make any external calls even using the Sipgate test 10000 number.

These are the messages from the Server Status

14:59:43.419 CallConf:nIncoming [CM003002] Call(1): Destination not available for call from sip:[email protected] to sip:[email protected]
14:59:43.419 CallConf::Rejected [CM103005] Call(1) is rejected: Destination does not exist, or is not registered
14:59:42.622 CallConf:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(1): Incoming call from 100 (Ext.100) to sip:[email protected]

I have fixed the problem over the weekend:

You are correct it is to do with rules, I deleted th r from the Transform mask field and this fixed the problem.
