False positive Malwarebytes is detecting and blocking as a Threat the 3cxphonesystem.exe and nginx.exe

We have been contacted regarding an Alert from Antivirus company Malwarebytes that is blocking the process 3cxphonesystem.exe and nginx.exe as threats.

A ticket #4486422 has been opened with the Anti-Virus vendor and an update will be provided.

Our communication will remain transparent throughout this investigation.

We are marking this alert as a false positive, we notified the vendor and they requested that the customer contact them.

Furthermore we have not received any other report for this issue, and so far we have not received any confirmation from the Vendor or from the partner.
