Solved Manage call on Softphone from desktop app

I don't know if this question has all ready been answered some time, but I can't find it (or I'm searching with the wrong words)


First I will explain the scenario.

In our company some people use the desktop app and other people use the webapp to view the company phone book.

Most of the people use their smartphone to accept calls and call other people, this all works well and the have all the functionality they need. Now that we are going back to the office, people are starting to use the few deskphones we have in the office (Fanvil x5u), and those work fine as well.
Today I got the question from a colleague if it was possible to control the conversation the have on the smartphone, from within the desktop or web app.


So for example, they receive the call on their Smartphone, but they want to use the desktop app to look for a colleague to which they can transfer the call to.


Is something like this possible? And does my question (and grammar) make any sense?

You can initiate the call from the Webclient/Desktop App by selecting "Softphone" in the dialer:


This will have an incoming "MakeCall" received on the 3CX Mobile App which, if answered, will then have a call made to the called extension and when that is answered it will merge the 3CX mobile app call with the callee.

While the call is ongoing you can actually perform a call transfer from the webclient/desktop app "Panel" view:

Right Click call:



Select destination:
