Management Console Log error

Noticed this in my 3cxManagementConsole Log file. (somefoldername replaces my provision folder)
The phonebook.xml file exists in the folder.

(I only came across this because I am trying to get v15.5 and 365 Public Folder contacts to sync with no luck. I can get individual Email Box to sync - not just a Public Folder)
