Morning

I've managed to delete extensions after upgrading to v18 so cannot restore the backup without taking the PBX down to reinstall.

Is it possible I can recover extensions manually from the backup?

I need to know basic info and MAC addresses really. And if possible the phone ID and pws.

Hi @kieferschild,

Yes you can. If you have a backup, open the xml file in the zip file (no need to go into folders), and search the extension name. You'll see provisioning data below with a <mac> field.

Note that is only possible of the Backup file is NOT encrypted.

can i pull any more info from this?

Hi @kieferschild,

There is a lot of info in there, depends what you're looking for. Take a look and check all of the fields included, it should suit your needs.
