Mapping does not match 5060. Mapping is 36884

I just installed 3CX I am new to this. I run the inbuilt firewall checker and I get this error.
Any ideas why? And how can I fix it?

I have enabled port forwarding on my router settings

Turn off SIP ALG on your router.

Ensure port 5060 is going to the 3CX.

Restart your router.

You fix by clicking the link that says how to resolve and then following the instructions.

My router doesn't have a turn off SIP ALG option in it's settings.

Well the firewall tester says that is one of the issues. Perhaps check the Huawei forums.
