Mass configuration 3CX Client for Windows

Hello everyone,

I would like to have the ability to configure all clients from a configuration file or centrally from 3CX. In our case, we currently serve 120 clients where an external application is to be called. Or the setting where + should be replaced by 00. I can now set these settings manually for 120 clients. This is very time consuming. Even if I edit the Config XML in the AppData, this XML is overwritten when the client is restarted. Here a central solution is needed, especially when it comes to masses of users. It is a real pity that this function has never been considered before. I hope this will be implemented quickly...

I think you need a script to modify the local config file:
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\3CXPhone for Windows\3CXPhone.xml
like:
<LaunchExternalApplication>True</LaunchExternalApplication>
<LaunchApplicationExecutablePath>"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe"</LaunchApplicationExecutablePath>
<LaunchApplicationParameters>http://localhost/WebForm1.aspx?CallerNumber=%CallerNumber%</LaunchApplicationParameters>
