Match Call Record with CDR

Hello,

I'm trying to integrate 3CX with our ODOO CRM. contact LookUp, contact creation, and Call journaling scenarios are giving good results.

I'm trying to retrieve the call recordings from 3CX which are saved in the file "C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Recordings" and match them with the CDRs which are saved in "C:\ProgramData\3CX\ Instance1\Data\Logs\CDRLogs" so that we can later create a call log with the call recordings in our CRM.

how can I link the call recordings which are in .WAV format with the CDRs of the call to be able to associate them in our CRM?

You should use the origin, destination and date & time from the WAV file name, and match that with the CDR data.
