Max Conversions - Stuck at 1

We have setup the 3CX transcription on premises server. the GPU is at
GPU Util: 0%
Memory: ~3GB

But the max conversions is set to 1.

is there a way to change this?

The number of simultaneous conversions is related to the VRAM on the GPU; more VRAM == more simultaneous conversions.

To be a bit more specific...

A GPU with 24Gb VRAM has JUST enough room to handle a maximum of 2 simultaneous conversions.
A GPU with 32Gb VRAM has enough room to handle a maximum of 3 simultaneous conversions.
HOWEVER...

An L4 GPU makes available less than 23Gb VRAM, which puts it JUST under the threshold, bringing maximum siimultaneous conversions down to 1.
