Maximum concurrent call calculator

I wanted to know how many concurrent calls I was hitting to make sure I wasn't getting close to my limit. I couldn't find anything useful out there so I created my own. I've uploaded the source code as well as the compiled windows command line application. Feel free to use it if you think it could help.
