Hi,

It seems the maximum number of digits dialed for PSTN gateway is only 10 digits. This is a problem for me since some area codes in our country is more than 2 digits. So if I dial 9 + area code + 7 digits telephone number, the system tends to outpulse after I dial the 10th digit.

Ex: 9 032 7221234
With this example I can only dial 9 032 722123.

Is there anyway to allow more than 10 digits? 3CX ver. 3.0.2328.0

Thanks,
Nick

Why is it 10 digits only Nick? I am able to dial a number 14 digits long?

By the way - you are using an older version. Current stable versionis downloadable from 3CX website - version 3.1.2434. Upgrade ASAP. Many problems will be solved. Regards

Great!!!

Thanks a lot Nick.

I will let you know the result.

Cheers,
Nick

Hi Nick,

Haven't upgraded yet but you're right i can dial more than 10 digits if I use softphone.
The problem was with the Polycom IP330. It only allows me to dial 10 digits.

Thanks Again...
