Maximum Number of Extension behind SBC on V16

Hi All,

I would like to know what could be the maximum number of extensions behind SBC we can have, as i have 3CX PBX hosted on Azure cloud on V16.

There was some limitation with the number of extensions and BLF keys on each phone behind SBC, but I have a good SBC machine, what should be the maximum number of allowed extensions i can have behind SBC

Yes, I will be going to use Debian Linux on x64 hardware, this means i can have more than 30 phones. Anyway, i will not have more than 40 phone at this stage.

In this link it is mentioned that "30min. concurrent external calls" Just want to clarify my understanding, if there would be 10-15 calls at same time more than 30min, will that be not possible.

You will be fine, these where performance tests on the new version of 3cx sbc - as 3cx increased the number of phones and blf keys per version.

Thanks for the link @Saqqara . I remember seeing it somewhere but couldn't find it when I posted earlier. But yes you should be fine with a PC/VM based SBC and 40 extensions. 3CX has been optimizing the SBC with each update and once they test on the Pi 4I don't think there will be any reason to use a PC anymore. It will be Pi 4 or VM if you have the infrastructure in place.
