So long story short... I am a little confused. Our ISP (COX) updated our IP address. We made all the necessary changes (unless I am missing something).
4 locations in total.

#1 where the phone sever is located and 3cx is hosted: IP updated all phones are fine
#2 using 3CX tunnel, update the IP address on the new tunnel, and restarted services and all phone came up and are working fine.
#3 & #4 updated the IP address, restarted services and phones still aren't working.

I have also tried taking down location #2, and see if #3 or #4 would work.

If anyone can think of anything to try I am willing.

Thx.

Did you update the IP address in 3CX? Did you re-run firewall test? Has DNS propagation had time to hit all sites DNS servers?

Beyond that it depends on how phones at #3 / #4 are connecting (SBC / direct) and whether they are configured to use IP address or DNS.

If they're direct (I notice you don't mention tunnel / SBC) and set to go via IP address they will need to be reprovisioned.

If you go via dns rather than IP address then make sure DNS lookups at those sites resolve to correct (new) IP.

Finally, drop into the web front end of one of the non-working phones, check the networking settings and validate them using a laptop.

If all else fails, take a look at your firewalls (both PBX and sites #3 and #4).

Hi Erin,

When you say the sites are using the 3CX Tunnel, do you mean that site 3 and 4 have an SBC deployed at their premises?
