Maybe stupid question but how do you edit system prompts?

How do you edit the default system prompts individualy (ie please_hold.wav)? I did a search for the wave files and came up with nothing.. Its late and Im tired but what am I missing here? Thanks!

You can edit any promptset other than system default. Copy with new name, set as active and replace whatever prompt you like.
