media server and ring groups

i've turned off media server for my extentions and my pstn gateway

i've noticed that if a call comes in over my pstn line than goes to a call group , and i have all extentions in call group set not to use media server it doesn't , but if even one extention in the call group is set to use media server than any extention that answers the call uses media server even if the answering extention is set to not use media server.

shouldn't it wait to see which extension in the call group is answering ,and then looking at that extension's media server setting to determine if it should use media server or not?
