Hi all,

Hopefully someone can shed some light here...

We have 3 identical servers (1,2,3). Servers 2 and 3 were copied from server 1. All were installed as 15.5.15502.6 Professional. They were backed up, uninstalled, reinstalled and restored to give them new FQDN and keys but with the same config. Server 1 was only installed a few months ago.

All 3 servers have approx. 1500 extensions, 750 ring groups, 2250 IVRs, 750 inbound rules. It is worth also pointing out that we do not have large concurrent calls...usually less than 5.

Server 1 (the original) is having memory issues. It is the only one that has been utilised for actual calls until the last couple of weeks. As it starts up the following services all grab a lot of RAM each (500-900 Mb each) quickly eating into the 8Gb we have allocated to it, enough that Windows complains and starts suggesting shutting things down due to memory overuse.

3CX Management Console - 874 Mb
3CX Phone System Application - 695 Mb
3CX System Service - 667 Mb
Cloud Services Watcher - 660 Mb
3CX IVR - 629 Mb
TcxQMSrv - 611 Mb
SLDBServ Application - 578 Mb

Also, we use the Call Control APIs and connect in 3 places via the APIs. All of these have a similar memory issue. Though I have isolated these to ensure they are not causing the above problem.

My guess is the PostGre DB has grown and is now not cleaning up fully. This is possibly supported by the fact that the DB folder is 307 Mb compared with 146 Mb on the clean servers.

I have tried purging all call logs, recordings, activity logs, event logs, etc. to no avail.

My only other thought is to reinstall server 1 as was done with server 2 and 3. But as it has only been in place a few months it worries me that this will reoccur. I would also now wait until v16 is released I think before trying this...

Has anyone any better ideas?
