Merge two active calls into a conference?

If I have to active calls in my web client, how can I merge them into a conference call?

Hi @coreybrett81,

When on a call with one of the parties you wish to have a conference with, click the conference button and select the third extension that you'd like to conference in.

Can I merge two existing external calls?

Hi @coreybrett81,

If both calls are already in progress, you can transfer them to 700**[your extension].
