Ok so originally had 3CX installed on a website working perfectly. Then I tried to install it on another website using a different email because its for a different user website but for some reason the accounts merged. Then I read that I can only have one active subscription at a time. OK understood but I'm building these for two people one is myself the other is a client. Since I'm needing the service for myself and the client site still needs development, I attempted to 1. delete the second account. didn't work. Exchange credentials and move the chat URL link, didn't work. Even closed both accounts and tried to go with a new install but still nothing. I can see the chat button, but it is not able to open the chat box. Please advise.
