Hi - a customer has a 3CX Server side connection working fine on Microsoft 365, getting an error on Dynamics 365 authentication.

Is it the same Azure connection on both or do you create a separate one for Dynamics?
When added API Permission on the Microsoft 365 Azure connection for Dynamics CRM - the authentication login window does not show up.

Tried to add a second Azure connection - with Dynamics CRM API permission, but gets an authentication error.

(I do not manage the Azure account - so trust the end customer have the proper rights)

These are 2 different integrations that need to be configured separately. For Dynamics 365 please check this guide:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/dynamics-crm-integration/

If you're having any error while doing the authorization from the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM > Dynamics 365 > Authorize button, please send a screenshot with the error details, so we can understand what's causing it.

By the test button - I need to ask the customer to authorize and provide screenshot

Top message (red);
Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason=Bad Request - Content={"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"AADSTS70000: Provided grant

Details (grey);

Started scenario with empty id
Started Auth

You can't get the access token from the refresh token. It would be good to see what happens during Authorization.

Please confirm that it's enough with one connection to Azure?
= the original Office 365 Azure connection with additional permissions

You can use the same app, but you need to define the Redirect URI for the Dynamics 365 integration, which is different from the Microsoft 365 integration. Check this for more details:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/dynamics-crm-integration/#h.fxp9zjuvx10e

For Microsoft 365 you select a Web app. For Dynamics 365 you must select "Public client/native (mobile & desktop)", and the Redirect URL is different.

Agree - enough with one. Thanks

The Authorize button does not trigger a 365 login window.

The authorize button will take you here:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/[Tenant]/oauth2/authorize

...passing the client ID, redirect URL, and all the required values as parameters. If you're already logged in, you will be asked to grant permissions. If not, Microsoft will ask you to login, and then grant permissions.

Do you see anything else? Can you share a screenshot of what you see?
