is there a solution to integrate 3cx into the microsoft crm 4.0?

we're using linksys spa942 phones.

outgoing phone dial function, and ability to log the call as an activity for the contact (or lead).

it's for the crm 3.0 version, but I think you will need the payed version to use the web services (http API)
