Hey everyone,

Looking for a template or instructions on getting the Business Central talking to 3cx. Any help is appreciated, my API skills are a bit lacking.

How are you looking to integrate 3CX into BC and why BC over C

BC is being reviewed for use. the companies model does not require functions of the full CRM and BC has other useful tools.
Main thing sales needs it for are opportunities and drip email campaigns, from what I understand the basic BC version may do what they need

Looking to add 3cx to it just for a little added functionality with call history, id etc.

I mean you can use BC for sales opportunities and such, but marketing (including email), account tracking for cases, projects and opportunities, really are a CRM thing.

3CX has nothing native OOTB for BC, but we could write a custom one for you if desired. Feel free to PM me if you wish to discuss further such as what you want integrated, costing, etc.
