What are the steps when "Microsoft Integration" does not show up under Settings? (v18 w/ Enterprise License)
The guides fail to mention anything like this.

Hello @mjenner ,

• Are you the only admin in the system ? Delegated admins in the system might not see the Microsoft 365 Integration page.
• Is your setup utilizes the hosted mode ? If yes then Hosting admin will not see the Microsoft 365 integration page.

Please give it a check and let me know.
