Are we able to integrate with Teams on the newest 3CX s/w version?

I have a customer who is asking, and wants to go with no hard phones on the desk. All soft phones with headsets.

What kind of integration do you need? We support Office 365 as explained here:

And for softphones, you can use any or the 3CX clients we provide: 3CXPhone for Windows, 3CX Web Client, and the Android and iPhone clients...

All I know at this point is they want to integrate with Teams. I will find out further tomorrow.

If they want to use the 3CX has PSTN connector Teams (they call it SBCs), it won't work, I tried. You need a certified SBC that simply takes the Teams call and put it on old phone wires.

Let us know, I am curious. I have a Teams phone for testing here.
