Migrate from Azure Hosted to Lightsail Hosted

Gday folks,

We are looking at migrating our clients PBX's on Azure Cloud to AWS Lightsail Cloud. Cheaper and better platform especially for Linux.

The issue has risen whereby we want to start a PBXExpress install and directly restore from backup. We cannot find the ability to do that now? It appears you must create a client 3cx customer portal account first.

Can anyone shed some light on the easiest way to restore into Lightsail using PBXExpress and utilising a backup from our Azure instance?

Hi,

Login to your partner portal, go to Keys, click "More" next to the key you want, and then Self host.

You are now in the wizard and can continue to deploy like you would have with PBXExpress


Once done, you can login manually and restore a backup file from your backup location server (ie FTP or bucket)
