MIgrating 3CX (on hyper-v) from one physical server to another

I have 3CX virtualized on hyper-v. I want to move the hyper-v server from one physical server to another. I have a static MAC address set on the hyper-v server. If I move this hyper-v server via live migration of export/import will I have any licensing issues?

I have never had an issue as long as the mac addr and public ip stay the same.
