Have a friend on an old version of 3CX so offered to complete his migration for him from their old EC2 v18 to v20. I did my own one for my business a while ago and know I need to increase the EC2 instance to a t2.medium with at least 5GB of storage space spare for the Debian 12 upgrade. But when I log into his 3CX Portal it is not showing his instance in there. I know the domain is his as I am in his 3CX management panel. If I try to create a new instance with it, it says it is claimed already.

If I take a backup and deploy to a new instance, I am concerned I will lose the domain and then all of his internal handsets will become unregistered.

Add to this, somewhere along the way (assume when I updated the System Owner login as was still on email/password) it has added a new license key to the portal however no instance allocated to it and I cannot update his current instance with this key as the old one expired. Any ideas? Am wondering if I deploy this to a new instance and restore the backup I could hopefully swap over the ElasticIP and FQDN back to the original one?
