We will be migrating from an on-premises version of 3CX to the hosted version. We think we are pretty clear on the migration process based upon
https://www.3cx.com/docs/switch-hosted-pbx/.
We are not clear however on how to change the FQDN. Our FQDN is currently pointing at an IP address associated with the on-premises instance. All users are using the CTX soft phones on there cell phones. We are assuming we need to change where the FQDN points to avoid having to reconfigure all the CTX soft phones. We don't know how we figure what change we should make.
Thanks for any help,
John
