Hi Guys,
Got a weird one that I am unable to figure out.
We have migrated our 3CX server to a hosted server in Microsoft Azure as we were having SIP issues on premises. Since migrating the server, push notifications to Android and IOS have stopped.
I have checked and can confirm that all 3CX ports have been opened, the server is setup to directly talk to the internet (no NAT Gateway or firewall), that handsets and Windows clients are working. I can make outbound calls from the app but incoming push notifications are not working.
Am I missing anything?
3CX Phone Information: 3CX v18 Update 4 (Build 965)
Update:
I have followed the Android Troubleshooting guide and Keep Alive allows the phone to get updates. However, when disabled it stops working. In the event that Azure is filtering outbound connections, I have added specific rules to allow outbound 443, 5223 and 2197 for push services, and this has made no difference.
