Mismatch Between Abandoned Calls on Dashboard and within Report

Hi,

It was noticed that there was a mismatch of abandoned calls between the 3CX Desktop App Dashboard and the report produced the next day.

Is this a known bug or could there be any reason for this?

Would appreciate any help or information.
