Missed Call Notifications

Hi,

We have a customer with YealinkT46S handsets, hosted PBX. I am trying to figure out how to disable the missed call notification on each handset as its confusing the life out of our customer.

I have managed to disable the red light from flashing. Its the notification that appears on the front screen.

Any ideas?

Are you referring to the tiny red arrow that appears on top to indicate there are missed calls?

Yeah thats the one.

Unfortunately no, and as you can see all the popups are already disabled by default from our provisioning but that one does not have a setting to control it because it's such a basic/fundamental telephone feature that's simply expected to always be there.
