Dear All,

I am having an issue with missed call reporting. Below is the detail:
* Elastix 2.5 is running very well
* We have a ring group, including 3 extensions: 101, 102, 103
- if an inbound call which was ringing on 101, after 15 seconds, the call was redirected to 102 because no one pickup the call. And the report marked that it was 1 missed call for 101 although 102 answered the call
- if a call was ringing on 101, the guy on 102 picked up the call because no one was at the position of 101 extension, and the report also marked that it was 1 missed call for 101

Now I want to find out a solution to have exact result of call report. Please help me to solve this a.s.a.p.

Thank you.

Can anyone help me?

Is there anyone having the same situation like me?

Hi,

This settings are on the sip phone, For example on main SIP phones ES290N have options in Phone settings->Features settings->Display missed calls on or off and also have If busy to forward on other local sip number .

Best regards,
Milan

I think you misunderstood what I mean. We still need to display missed call on the screen of IP Phone. I was stuck for the missed report of Elastix because the system counted the calls which are not MISSED as missed calls for an extension

Hi.

When i call a ring group and an extension answering this call, there's no missing call for the other extensions.
I made some tests this morning and no problem if you mean that this information is written in this applet.

For your information.
I'm using Elastix 2.5 up to date.

Sorry danardf,

I've had a wrong information. In fact, I did not create any ring group. All is call queue. For example, after the IVR, press 1 will redirect to queue group with below settings:

Do you have any advices ?

The last screenshot (because the maximum of 3 attachments):

And it's only now that you give us these details?
Tsss.

If you can give us more details about your issue like for example your report where you have this problem?
There's too many ways for making reports With Elastix.

And more you said:
We have a ring group, including 3 extensions: 101, 102, 103
You joke so!

Honestly, I don't want to be joking. I'm not a specialist of VoIP so I had a wrong expression

After a deep research, I realize that I had a big mistake. I did the search from the "CDR Reports" of FreePBX and that's the wrong reports.

The exact way is export from Elastix like this: Elastix menu --> Reports --> Missed Calls

And now the result of report is fine. Thank you so much danardf. I will come back and ask for your help if having further more questions. Have a nice day.

OK.
You may use some documents like Elastix Easy written by Haamed.
It's based on Elastix 2.x

Hi danardf,

I was wrong again. The report from "Missed Calls" as above is not correct. I've just tried with some report as below:
* Missed call report for extension 131 from Elastix menu:

And I was so surprised that there was no missed calls on 09 October  so I made a search from CDR Reports as below:

I don't understand why. Please help me

Hi danardf,

I updated to the latest version of 2.5 as your suggestion. The missed call report is still wrong and the worst thing is now I'm having a new error for my system after the update as below:

Almost the recording are in the status "Recording missing". The record folder is still there, there is no changes. I also check some tables of asterisk database like: recordings, callrecording, callrecording_module, etc... and they are OK. Please help me to solve this :(

- I've checked the recording folder, for example: at 17:35:11 on 12th October 2016, the data of outgoing call for extension 151 still exists in there, but the Call recordings via PBX show "Recording missing".
- I've made an inbound call from my mobile phone to the Elastix system, there is no recording data in the Call Recordings as it should be
- End-users made some outgoing calls (a few minutes ago) and the system show "Recording missing" in the Call Recordings, although the recording file is there...

I will try to restart the system and pray :(

I don't work in the dev team for Elastix excepted RoomX or some own modules made in Franck.
Like i said, if you think it's a bug, you have to send your issue in elastix bug report.
If somebody must to fix this issue, it's the support team.

I've no solution for your issue. Perhaps I think at a bug indeed.
