Missed calls in external statistics

Hi,

We use the external statics now for a while using Grafana and a Postgesql.
Every day there are some extentions that have a lot of missed calls, but when i view the statistics in de 3CX dashboard I can't find them.
The screenshots are the statistics of today. How can I fix this? What's wrong?
