Missed Calls

Is it possible for someone (such as an assistant) who has another person's extension on their phone (their boss) setup via BLF to view the missed calls from that other extension?

Unfortunately, not in this scenario.

The BLF key is merely acting as a status indicator of the extension being monitored. You will need to put the account on the admin's phone so that it also acts as the boss' extension (which will cause it to ring as well), or use the 3CX phone for Windows client, but still set to be the boss' extension.
