Missed Calls

Hello

Any help would be much appreciated.

We currently have a system connected to the outside world, the phones are grandstream 2000 and the PSTN gateway is a Grandstream 4104.

On the main ring group we have 4 telephones. The problem i have is that the ring group is set to ring all. And this is fine and great, what happens is when one of the phones is picked up, the others stop ringing, but the other 3 will now show a missed call as it what not picked up.

Is there anyway to stop this, i dont mind if none of the phones show missed calls at all?

Would this not be a function of the set itself? Once a call has been presented, is there a SIP message that can be sent to go out and clear the info in the set after the fact? Or is there a different message to send with the original call?
