Missing calls from reports

I have attached two report images about an predictive dialer. The Queue is 859. One report has "From 859--->To Any" criteria and the other without (From Any--->To Any). This is not normal. When I have "From 859--->To Any" there is not any call.

This is because the queue is not starting the call. It's the "MakeCall" IVR which starts the call, the queue is a destination for that call, and then the call is transferred to the external number.

Then they wouldn't appear all the calls that starts from MakeCall IVR. Instead I have report that all the calls that have been answered show up even though they didn't start from queue 859 when I set criteria from 859 to any.

As I said I am attaching a report in which while the call has not started from queue 859 it does show the calls it is participating in. So why doesn't the same happen with my fist report but I have to put "From Any" for the call to be appeared? It is a contradictory behavior.

Ok. It's clearly a bug. A bug that gives us a huge problem with our customers that we give them reports about their outgoing campaigns we implement them!

Finally I found a workaround. I said workaround and not solution because 3CX doesn't have consistent behavior. So we have to set the queue extension number (859) as the destination number to the report and then it gives all the calls (answered and unanswered)
