Missing Extensions on "Extension Page" but show elsewhere?

Really strange one that I've only noticed since moving from 15.5 to 16.0.3, and I don't know if it happened straight away or over time, but we have 3 extensions which don't show on the extension page, but do show on the other pages (put them into a call queue / assign them a DDI on inbound rules etc)

becoming a bit of a problem if I need to configure anything on those extensions.

found this, which is unbelievable to be honest - we don't keep passwords for users, what if one of them leaves?! they'll have access and we can't remove their account, it's mind boggling;

you still have the master admin account (not an extension with admin rights). This master admin can manage all users and user-admins

Not on a hosted platform we don't - standard practice for most hosted platforms is to give an admin extension to administer, but keep the master admin for themselves.

I'll reach out to them and ask for their assistance, however it's not something their privvy to share, so perhaps a tiered admin solution could be of some use here? just food for thought.
