Mobile app not able to Register from internal network

My customer having V20 Windows installation. And mobile app is not registering from the ofiice wifi . I connected a laptop in to same wifi and tested with windows app and it is working. Only mobile app (qr code scanning ) is not working from internal network.

Hello,

This means the WIFI has a route to the 3CX internal and you can connect to the 3CX.
Therefor you should focus on having the Split DNS in place to connect to the 3CX internal.

Next step, when you start a ping to the FQDN on your laptop on the WIFI , does it reply from 192.168.96.17

For a test you can also edit your host file in windows and check
add value your3cx.serverfqdn.com 192.168.96.17
host file is located in C:\windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
