Mobile not ringing using 3CX

I have install 3cx as on primisis, as i can able to get call from laptop webclinet and i can able to make a call from mobile, But 3CX not ringing for any incoming call on mobile app and status, contacts list missed call list are all showing blank. can any one guide me.

We have installed on our internal Network with version of 16.05.

The App does not respond at all to a call? Is this just one device/extension, or have you tried this on more than one? Have you checked the 3CX Activity Log to see if the call is being sent to the device, or how 3CX sees its status?

On log its sowing the call has placed and i am getting call on my webclient by same time i am not getting on my app and even status contacts every thing is black. only operation that i can perform using app is i can make call. even incoming missedcall list everything remains blank.And its not in one device/extension to all extension its happening.

Is this on Android, or iPhone? Are they using local LAN Wifi (same network as the server), or 3/4G?

Where is it hosted
Does the 3CX firewall checker pass all tests
Did you open all the necessary ports on your firewall
