Mobile operator's message not performed

When I run the dial to a number that is off the message from the phone operator is not executed, only the "Not Available" message. I wonder if there is enabling all carrier return messages, rather than a sequence of false ring.
My version of 3CX is 6.0

Would you please provide clarification.

I take it you are placing an outside call via a VoIP provider, where the called party is...??? I'm not certain what "Off" means. Do you mean a mobile that is off? What happens with calls to a landline?

What audible message are you getting? A recording that says the party is not available?

What type of set are you calling from?

What VoIP provider are you using? Another Forum member may have experience with them.
