Modify SMS API Request

I am currently facing an issue integrating 3cx with the SMS messaging of our provider because our provider is expecting an Array of strings and not just a single string in the API request in the "to" field. Is there a way to modify the API request 3cx uses to send SMS messages ?

The SMS option is included only with our paid subscriptions, such as 3CX SMB, 3CX PRO, or 3CX Enterprise.

3CX recommends using supported providers that are thoroughly tested. Currently, we support the following SIP Trunk providers that you can use to configure SMS:

• VoxTelesys
• Bandwidth
• Flowroute

It is not possible to change the request that 3CX sends, nor the webhook that it needs to receive.

However, you can probably create a small JS/PHP script to be in-between and do the translation between request formats. We do that often for CRMs with weird APIs.
