I use the actual release of 3cx - version 8 with activated licence.
I use 2 Snom phones 820 and 360.
When I use the hold funktion on a internal call, the moh works correct, also I can pick up the call I had on hold.
When I receive a call from a external caller (patton) and I put the caller on hold, then the caller hears only "beep beep" not the moh which is set in the system. Also I can't pick up the call i put bevore on hold!
I hope somebody can help me to resolve the problem.
